Kingstar Farm is expanding! Kingstar Farm is looking for a full time Stud Hand to join the crew for the 2022 Breeding Season and 2023 Sales season. Great opportunity for enthusiastic applicants no matter your previous experience. Learn all facets of Thoroughbred breeding from foaling to yearling, mare and stallion handling whilst working full time.
- Basic horse handling skills required. Study encouraged and supported with on the job training.
- Breeding season knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Applicants need to be open to working in foaling unit, covering barn and yearling barn for Sales prep.
Kingstar Farm is over 800 acres and home to over 150 resident mares and is located just 10 minutes from Denman and only 90 minutes from Newcastle and the coast.
This position includes newly built, first class accommodation on farm and a competitive remuneration package.
